Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within [1 to 2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. During periods of high demand (such as sales, Black Friday or launches) order processing may be slightly delayed.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship to the following areas:
Shipments to Peninsula (Spain):
Standard rate: [€3.95] (Free on orders over [€50]).
Estimated delivery time: [24 to 48] business hours after processing.
Shipping to Balearic Islands:

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

PICKUP IN STORE OR LOCAL
[Delete this section if not applicable] You can save shipping costs with free local collection at our facilities at Paraje El Badén, 44, 03300 Orihuela (Alicante). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within [1 to 2] business days. We'll send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available. If you have not received your order within [5] days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@museofficial.es with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
SHIPMENTS TO POST OFFICE BOXES
For security reasons of the transport companies we work with, we currently do not ship to PO boxes. You must provide a valid physical address.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
MUSE FASHION & HEALTH SL is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, contact the shipping company to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim. However, we want your experience to be perfect. If your order arrives damaged, please write to us at ventas@museofficial.es or call us at +34 655 25 11 89 as soon as possible and we will try to help you manage the incident.
